Mt. Fuji Hibachi Grill
So after a not so great experience at Benihanas Hibachi Grill it was suggested that we try Mt. Fuji Hibachi grill instead. Was it better or worse then Benihanas? Watch and find out!!

F-U Cancer Hike
Met up with the Facebook hiking group, Hiking with Friends in Colorado, to go on a special occasion hike. A member of the group was recently diagnosed with cancer and required surgery. This lovely Facebook group put a hike together, in their honor, before the surgery. It was a gorgeous, sunny, day for a winter hike amongst an exceptional group of people!
